China requires that an ad be posted in the local paper for every child that is found/abandoned.  We found a guy on the internet that with a little bit of background info will track down "finding ads".  We received Samuel's finding ad this week.  Samuel's ad ran in his province's local newspaper in September of 2011.  We feel fortunate to have this piece from his past.
